Have you looked in the App Store lately and think you’ve seen or downloaded all of the fun apps available? You may think so, but there are some really fun hidden gems just waiting to keep you entertained.
1. Boredom Breaker
Who hasn’t found themselves bored once in a while? Luckily, you don’t have to go through this anymore with the Boredom Breaker app. Boredom Breaker is a fun app that suggests something fun to do when you can’t think of anything yourself. Shake your iPhone or iPod or tap the screen to get a new suggestion in an instant to make sure you are not bored. Boredom Breaker has a bank of over 1,000 suggestions, so if you run out of ideas I would suggest getting a hobby.
2. Goop
In your down time, wouldn’t it be fun to save some Eeeps? Yes, you read that right Eeeps! Just pop open the game Goop and get four helpless little creatures called Eeeps back home without any of them getting hit by the falling drops of goop. Sounds simple right? Well, each Eeep has their own agenda which can make getting all of them across the different stages a bit crazy. The more Eeeps you save the more will appear needing your help to make it across, quickly creating a chaotic environment.

Even saying the word “pee” is fun, so how can you not enjoy the iPee Urinal app? The iPee Urinal developers promise to bring the fun experience of ‘standing up to pee at a urinal’ to your iPhone. Now I know for a lot of you this is nothing new, but you may not have mastered this digitally quite yet.
Simply open the app, place your fingers on the footprints in the stall and tilt your iPhone or iPod touch to aim. Angry at someone and trying to have a little fun to distract you? Perfect. Just upload a photo of them and well…aim and fire.
4. Swearport
When you are trying to learn a new language, what’s the first thing you are really interested in learning? All of the swear words, OF COURSE! This app will spare you the trouble of learning an entirely new language just to get to the fun stuff and will provide you with the must-know swear words in every language. Simply open the app, tap on the swear word of your choice (go ahead don’t be shy) and you can instantly get the high quality audio of a native speaking swearer. Not looking for a particular swear, not a problem. Simply shake your iPhone or iPod touch and Swearport will choose a random swear for you. Isn’t this app thoughtful?
5. Casey’s Contraptions
Casey’s Contraptions may seem like something only a kid could enjoy, but the fun in Casey’s is for everyone. The game is simple, all you have to do is help Casey get his toys back. Unfortunately it takes a bit of strategy as you have to build some pretty crazy contraptions to get them back to him.
Building contraptions involves utilizing some neat gizmos and gadgets to work together to get Casey’s toys back. If you ever wanted to use slingshots, darts, rope, or punching gloves to get anything done in your life, this is the game for you. Casey’s Contraptions has over 70 levels and even let’s you build your own to give your friends a challenge. Keep the fun going by adding even more items in your levels and competing with friends in Game Center.
6. Techno Kitten Adventure
Techno + kittens + adventure = the secret recipe to fun. If this game’s crazy images don’t give you a seizure first, you will get to enjoy flying kittens equipped with jetpacks around with techno music, pink dolphins, rainbows, and dragons as your backdrop.
Honestly, half of the time during this game you won’t know what’s going on. The controls are simple enough but you will be flying around some of the stages avoiding flashing stars patterned into shapes while dragons fly above you and snowmen melt in the fiery stage below you. It’s a complete disaster, but you will at the very least have fun during the entire process.
7. 100+ Killer Jokes
Come on…when hasn’t a few good, well-timed jokes made for a fun time? Well let me tell you, with the 100+ Killer Jokes apps fun will soon become your middle name. 100+ Killer Jokes app is exactly what it sounds like, an app with over 100 “killer” jokes. The thing is, this app actually includes some funny and mostly inappropriate jokes. Aren’t the inappropriate jokes the most fun?
Just download the app, gather around a few friends, and watch the fun begin as everyone starts laughing or at least sharing some of their own funny jokes they saw in an email forwarded around the office at work.
8. Cranky Cat
If games are fun, then puzzle games are mega fun and Cranky Cat is no exclusion to the rule. Cranky Cat’s theme of old time fun filled with old time sayings adds to this game’s already fun game play.
To play Cranky Cat you simply power up the cog machine and turn the wheel to align the orbs with their matching colors and textures. There are over 48 different puzzles in Cranky Cat all with three different modes to keep you entertained: story, puzzle, and infinite mode. We’ve all been guilty of wanting to have another person’s hair, lips, or any feature you want to pick for that matter. Luckily the “All Face Off” app actually makes this all possible without the high cost and awful pain of surgery (at least digitally it does).
Just snap a photo of yourself and spend some time making your nose smaller or larger, changing the placement and size of your lips, and oddly angling your eyes for the most hilarious looking photos of yourself. You can have so much fun changing your look in different photos and sharing the crazy pics with your friends.
10. Sh*t My Dad Says

With the “Sh*t My Dad Says” app Justin welcomes you to the world according to his dad. You get up-to-date quotes by his dad about life and some of them are pretty funny.
