1. Vissicitudes Underwater Sculpture

Jason de Caires creates statues that are found deep beneath the surface of the ocean. Rather than creates unchanging and lasting artworks, he uses the organic growth of coral and other organisms to naturally develop his sculptures into something very otherworldly. This sculpture, called Vissicitudes, took four hours per day over a full week to assemble underwater using scuba equipment. Depending on the size and nature of his sculptures, it can take up to ten crew members and five divers to assemble underwater.

2. Handbag Wood Sculpture

Hand carved by artist Livio De Marchi, this realistic handbag was created out of pine and balsa wood. The realistic touches such as the zipper and eyeglasses case peeking out of the bag front pocket add a surreal element to this sculpture, while the texture of the wood replicates the fine texture of quality leather.

3. Margarita Blender Functional Sculpture

Ky Michaelson makes fascinating and functional sculptures from various parts he finds. He gained fame for his collection of rocket chairs and rocket packs, but it is the quirky high speed margarita blender that would be a much coveted item in any home. The blender uses parts from a weed eater to power the machine, while other parts found in the workshop were added.

4. Mermaid Sand Sculpture

Sand artist Jamie Wardley and his team create life-like sculptures using the medium of sand. Having progressed from the more typical sand castles, sand art has become a very popular form of visual art. The mermaid sculpture is somewhat disturbing, but with fine detail and plenty of expression, this realistic sculpture creates instant visual impact.

5. Romantic Feelings Ice Sculpture

As the world’s largest snow sculpture, Romantic Feelings stands 115 feet high and 656 feet long. This ice sculpture was created in Harbin, China as part of the annual ice festival. The sheer size of this ice sculpture can really be appreciated when viewing the people standing at its base to admire the fine detail and craftsmanship of this sculpture.

From ice sculptures to underwater sculptures, one thing all of these works of art have in common is that they provide a taste of the huge level of talent, imagination and creativity found across the world.

This man is incredible. Who can divide 13 by 97, giving the answer in over 32 decimal places? If you think that’s crazy, wait until you see the end of this video. Daniel Tammet is a modern marvel. What’s interesting is the frigid movements that he makes with his hands. While computing, he sees pictures, numbers, shapes, and patterns. It’s completely bizarre. Has Jesus returned?

Sonar Vision – Ben Underwood

Ben Underwood lost his vision due to cancer at a very young age. The miraculous thing is that you wouldn’t know he’s blind. He can do pretty much anything without assistance. Ben is able to sense sound waves as they bounce off of objects. He makes a short clicking noise and hears the echos that return. He is the only known blind human to have an ability this precise.

Sleepless Man – Thai Ngoc

A video on this may have been lame. Vietnamese insomniac, Thai Ngoc hasn’t slept since a fever he had in 1973. Scientists don’t know what’s causing his extremely prolong insomnia. Judging by the picture, it looks like he could use some sleep. Doctors claim he’s in healthy condition overall. I beg to differ.

The Magnetic Man – Liew Thow Lin

Liew Thow Lin is plastered around the internet but is his “magnetic body” real or total BS? The videos and pictures of his abilities aren’t fake, however, scientists are suggesting it’s his skin rather than a magnetic field. His skin has an unusual surface that creates a lot of friction. It looks like its his unique skin type that’s really gripping the metal.

The Rubberboy – Daniel Browning Smith

Daniel Smith holds the world record for being the most flexible human and contortionist. Although the video is quiet fascinating, I almost threw up.

As a general rule of thumb, stand behind the yellow line. Most important: do not run across the tracks like an idiot.

Seaworld- Kill Whale Lands on Head

You thought Shamu was cute until he did a 12,000lb back-flip onto his trainer. The man survived, but decided not to work with whales anymore.

Truck Flattens Car

This video is absolutely crazy. Who knew a car was even under the truck? Although the car gets completely leveled, the guy trapped inside gets out and walks away. He must have said his “Hail Marys.”

The Luckiest Idiot in the World

How is it possible make this, continuing driving, and not S#&! your pants?

The Ultimate Belly Flop

The guy must have broken some ribs. According to the YouTube description, he “lost control of his body position mid-way through the dive.” Question is- was he ever in control? Doesn’t look like it.
