Apparently the actors in the viral video were tricked\u00a0and told they would be participating\u00a0in a \u201cstudent film,\u201d that the producer then turned around and published\u00a0as a social experiment.<\/p>\n<p>Not that it wasn&#8217;t already obvious from the terrible acting by the &#8220;drunk girl&#8221; in the original video (which is now set to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Yvq6pH5Rheg\" target=\"_blank\">private<\/a>), but here&#8217;s proof that the social experiment was a hoax.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KzkGBNhcoho\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KzkGBNhcoho<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately these staged PSAs can be more harmful and helpful. Based on the comments that were left on the original video,\u00a0<em>many<\/em> viewers never doubted the video and shared it\u00a0with their friends. Before the video was removed from YouTube, it had over 11 million views.<\/p>\n<p>and here&#8217;s the &#8220;drunk girl&#8221; actress apologizing:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MOMElSq5IXE<\/p>\n<p>The video was done by <a href=\"http:\/\/stephenzhang.com\/about-me.html#prettyPhoto\" target=\"_blank\">Stephen Zhang<\/a>.
