eBay is know for having some seriously good deals on just about every imaginable category known to consumers. But one thing they’re also known for is their wacky and silly auctions. If you spend the time to browse and look around, you’ll be greeted with some of the craziest auctions ever. For example there’s the highly reported “Britney Spears Lock of Hair, Red Bull and Lighter” from a salon she stopped by at to get a haircut and who can forget the infamous “Virgin Mary On A Toasted Cheese Sandwich”. We thought it would be fun to search around for some silly animal related auctions and below is what we found.

1. Otter Skull – according to the eBay seller, this a Northern Otter skull. We’re hoping an actual taxidermist collected this “fine specimen” as he refers to it and if you want it, it will only set you back all of $20 plus shipping. Who knew Otter skulls were so in demand?
2. Giraffe Hide from Africa – here’s a genuine Giraffe hide from a reserve in Africa as explained by the eBay seller. He mentions in his listing that the full body skin is now sought after since Giraffe’s are on the African no kill list. It seems this person has the hide right in the middle of their living room floor. Gross? We kind of of think so.
3. Alligator Head – apparently a taxidermist has an extra alligator head in his hands and has decided to splash it on eBay for a possible taker. The seller goes on to mention that the head is HUGE, heavy and scary complete with green eyes, full teeth. He also notes that it came from a Greek fishing community in Tarpon, Springs Florida. Alligator head, anyone?
4. Rudolph, The Red Nosed Reindeer Willie Warmer – yep, this is what you think it is. A knitted Christmas themed piece of fashion for your piece. Why Rudolph? Why knitted? Who knows. But it too can be yours for the low low price of only $15 plus shipping from one Red Bird Road on eBay. Christmas tidings we bring.
5. Cow Shaped Sandwich Cutter – I don’t know about you, but I only eat sandwiches that come in cow shape – thank you very much. These plastic handy dandy cutters will turn your boring office party into a one of a kind redneck party fiesta. Liven things up today with your very own set and if the cow shape is not to your liking, they also have pig and or gobble gobble – turkey.
6. Cat Drinking Wine From Glass Art – this is my personal favorite. Imagine walking into someones house and being greeted by this lovely work of art. A cat drinking wine from a glass. As a pet lover (and specifically cat lover) this is too good to be true. Hopefully one day my cat (and your cat) will join us in a toast.
