The above cartoon was sent to us today by Simon Locke, Editor in Chief at Casino Top Lists. He wants to know our opinion as he is considering starting an on-going story board on his site about the ‘Adventures of Monica Carlo’. She’ll be a female James Bond like character who travels the World visiting various Casinos. Just like Bond, she’ll find herself in various sticky situations that she’ll have to get out of but she’ll always come out on top.
